Living in Lockdown๐
The lockdown has given us something we never had enough of TIME!
First of all, stay in touch with those you care about. Take time to care for yourselves - read books, listen to music, and set aside some quiet time. Switch off social media for a while every day and take a break from all the uncertainty. Schedule some social time online with your family and friends.
Take advantage of this extra time. Taking up a new hobby is a great way to keep your mind busy and stimulated. Somedays you will find yourself desperate to do something else.

Why not use your extra time productively and try to learn something new?
It could be drawing, painting, singing, dancing or may be cooking.
Various ways to fill your free time with useful things-
Fitness-
It's probably the best time you can indulge in exercising that you remain healthy and fit. You will work towards improving your immunity.
Meditation-
If you want to experience mental and physical peace, put on some music and give mediation a try. Meditation will also help reduce stress, increase energy, enhance immunity system and benefit in a lots more ways.
Cooking-
Cooking is a survival skill. I think a lot of people need to cook to survive but a lot of people should cook to be happy and to meditate. Cooking in the time of quarantine has become a thing. People going into lockdown mode, many are inventing and sharing inventive recipes through social media platforms.
Dancing-
Dance is not just a hobby or passion, it's a lifestyle. It's also a good workout. Dance is an escape from reality you can lose yourself in music and movement. Dancing is a fun activity with a wealth or health benefits that keeps us in shape, make us feel good.
Read or listen to a Book-
If your new year’s resolution was to read more, you can definitely achieve that this year.
You can finally tackle the huge stack of novels next to your bed or (if your bedside is actually pretty tidy) you can find something interesting on Many Books. If you prefer audio books, try out Audible for free.
Is it time for you to create rather than consuming?
If you’ve always wanted to write a novel but never found the time or inspiration, this is your chance. Apparently Shakespeare wrote King Lear in isolation during the plague, so maybe this lockdown is when you’ll write your opus.
You can learn various new things who increases your creativity level and make feels you happy.
