हमारे आज के लिए फैसले ही हमारे आने वाले कल की दशा और दिशा दोनों तय करते हैं। हम ज़िन्दगी से क्या चाहते हैं, ये हमें कोई दूसरा नहीं बता सकता अपनी राह हमें खुद ही चुननी पड़ेगी और अपनी मंजिल तक पहुंचने का रास्ता भी। देखा जाए तो हम सब अपनी ही बनायी कैद में जी रहे हैं हम आज़ाद तो है पर उस पंछी की तरह है जो पिंजरे से बाहर तो है पर शायद अपनी उड़ान भूल गया है। हम अपने सपनों को जीना तो चाहते हैं पर अपनी कोशिशों की सबसे बड़ी रूकावट भी हम खुद है। चंद मुट्ठी भर ख्वाबों की उड़ानें अपना आसमां चुनने को हैं उम्मीद की नई किरण फिर सवेरा होने को हैं कर कोशिश रुक न तू जीत तेरी होने को है कहीं न कहीं हम सब एक डर में जीते हैं। क्या होगा ज्यादा से ज्यादा गलत हीं तो होगा पर फैसला लेकर तो देखिए वो आपका होगा। खुद पर यकीन करना सीखना होगा हमें अपने डर से जीतना होगा हमें। लोग क्या कहते हैं दुनिया क्या कहती है इन सबकी फिक्र इन सबको ही करने दीजिए बस आप आज के साथ खुद को बेहतर बनाना सीखिए। ये ज़िन्दगी आपकी है इससे जुड़ा हर फैसला आपका होना चाहिए और आपका आज लिया निर्णय ही आपका आने वाला कल तय करेगा। हर परिस्थिति...

Living in Lockdown😇

The lockdown has given us something we never had enough of TIME! First of all, stay in touch with those you care about. Take time to care for yourselves - read books, listen to music, and set aside some quiet time. Switch off social media for a while every day and take a break from all the uncertainty. Schedule some social time online with your family and friends.  Take advantage of this extra time. Taking up a new hobby is a great way to keep your mind busy and stimulated. Somedays you will find yourself desperate to do something else. Why not use your extra time productively and try to learn something new? It could be drawing, painting, singing, dancing or may be cooking . Various ways to fill your free time with useful things-        Fitness- It's probably the best time you can indulge in exercising that you remain healthy and fit.
